  Our staff of ROUNDO Factory trained technicians is on hand for the complete revitalization of your ROUNDO Plate or Angle Bending Machine. Our modern 50,000 Sq. Ft facility is capable of handling any size machine. Our 25 -Ton Crane and 30' high bay allows us to give your machine the attention it deserves. With over $500,000 of OEM parts in-stock in many cases our turn around time is as little as one week.

Shipping your machine to our facility is quick and painless. We will handle the coordination of loading and unloading your machine at our facility as well as the prompt re-delivery back to your facility upon completion.

Our In-House Revitalization Process Includes:

  • Thorough Inspection by a ROUNDO Factory Authorized representative with at least 20 years of ROUNDO experience

  • Oil and Fluid Drain, Flush and Change

  • Fixing leaks and system pressure check

Trilogy, upon completion of the steps above will make recommendations for further upgrades and modifications. Those include:

  • Updating all CNC and PLC hardware and software to latest versions including Windows OS

  • Replacing mechanical components due to wear and tear

  • Installing Digital Read-Out Kit

  • Replacing Bearings

  • Rebuilding or replacing hydraulic cylinders

  • Updating or replacing electrical components

  • Installing or rebuilding pumps and hydraulic motors
